At Divine Hippie Diva / DHD Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services. While we do not offer refunds for any sessions, packages, courses, products, appointments or any service offered on our website, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, we allow for the rebooking of sessions and appointments within a specified time frame.

No Refunds

Please note that all sales for coaching services are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

· Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the consultation service provided.

· Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your scheduled consultation.

Rebooking Policy

We offer the flexibility to rebook your session or appointment under the following conditions:

· Notice Period: You must inform us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session.

· Rebooking Time Frame: You can rebook your session within 4 weeks from the original appointment date.

Conditions for Rebooking

To qualify for rebooking, the following conditions must be met:

· Timely Notice: You must notify us within the specified notice period.

· Availability: Rebooking is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

How to Rebook

To rebook a session, please follow these steps:

2. Request New Appointment: Provide your preferred date and time for the rebooked session.

3. Confirmation:  Our team will confirm the new appointment details and send you a confirmation message.

Late Notices and No-Shows

· Late Notices: If you notify us less than 7 days before your scheduled session, rebooking may not be possible.

· No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this No-Refund Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
