Bookings and Payments

Booking Process: To book a coaching path, you must complete the booking process on our website. You will be required to provide accurate and complete information.

Payment: Payment for services is required at the time of booking. All payment information is processed securely.

Cancellation: Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the session fee may be non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

Respect: Clients must treat the staff with respect and courtesy at all times.

Boundaries: Clients and coach must adhere to established boundaries and guidelines for the session.

Substance Use: Clients are prohibited from being under the influence of any substances, including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, or any mind-altering substances, during touch therapy sessions. If a client is found to be under the influence, the coaching session will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be provided.
